Our motorsport door card material sheets are the perfect starting place for making your own custom door cards/panels

Whether you cannot find any door cards for your specific vehicle, or they are simply out of budget, sometimes making your own can be the best solution.
Our door card material is 1mm thick black ABS plastic, found in most competition cars.
ABS is a very easy material to work with, drilling, cutting etc.
The sheet supplied is 1000 x 490mm. In most cases this is enough to create one door card for a smaller door, however please measure before purchase.
The sheets finish is matte black, meaning once the door card has been made it can be vinyl wrapped any colour or design, such as the carbon fibre effect in the second picture of our listing.

Once again please measure size before purchase, we are looking to sell larger sheets in the future however sourcing sheets any larger than these is proving difficult.
