Description
Our motorsport ride height gauge is designed to solve this problem, providing fast, accurate, and repeatable ride height measurements for competition and track cars.
Two Proven Ride Height Measurement Methods
When setting up road based chassis we use two complementary measurements:
Wheel Arch Gap – measured using a dedicated arch gap tool (see other listings) for quick checks, side-to-side comparison, and monitoring setup changes. If the chassis height is correct/equal but arch gaps vary is the body is the issue and any uneven gaps can be accounted for.
Chassis Ride Height – measured from a fixed datum point such as the subframe or lower suspension arm mountings, giving a true ride height reading independent of bodywork
Designed for Motorsport Use
This telescopic chassis ride height gauge allows easy access to the same chassis pickup point every time, ensuring consistent and repeatable measurements during setup or trackside adjustments.
Telescoping design for quick, accurate positioning
High-contrast white scale on black body for easy reading
Can be read directly from the scale or zeroed to remove tool thickness
The scale is at the bottom of the gauge meaning it can be read away from the vehicle in the light
Magnetic chassis pickup for secure, hands-free attachment
Ideal for race car setup, track day cars, motorsport workshops, alignment work, and professional vehicle preparation.
If you care about consistent setup data, corner balance accuracy, and repeatable ride height figures, this is an essential tool for your motorsport toolkit.
