Description

We have all been at that point where we have drilled a bolt out and the hole is now way too big to retap for the correct/same size bolt.

An example would be, we need an M6 thread but the hole is now 7mm.

To have an even slightly tight thread material would have to be added.

This is where a helicoil becomes a lifesaver.

To install the helicoil the hole is bored out to the next size thread up (M6 to M8 for example)

Then the helicoil is threaded in and locked in place with its internal correct thread size.

This kit includes everything needed for helicoil thread repair.
